Our prices are based on the square footage, age and features of the property. All homes are quoted on an individual basis.

Payment, as well as a Signed Inspection Agreement,  is required at the time of inspection. Payment via paypal can be arranged.

The average inspection will take between 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours. It is always recommended that the buyer attend the inspection. By following the inspector through the inspection, observing and asking questions, the buyer will learn about the new building and receive some tips on general maintenance.
