What's Inspected

A Home Inspection is a visual inspection of the accessbile areas and components of the home, as well as an operational evaluation of all the major system and appliances.

A Home Inspection includes:

Exterior: driveways, walkways, site drainage, windows, doors, decks, patio covers, roof coverings, chimneys, siding, trim, crawl space and utility shut offs.

Interior: walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, doors, electrical, fireplaces and smoke detector locations.

Kitchen, Bathroom & Laundry: sinks, cabinets, plumbing, toilets, showers/tubs, and built-in appliances.

Garages & Carports: garage doors and openers, firewall separations and electrical systems.

Attic: ductwork, insulation, ventilation and roof structural framing.

Major Systems: heating and air conditioning systems, water heaters, main electrical service.

What a home inspection is not:

 It is not a home warranty or insurance plan. We do not conduct "code" compliance inspections.
